We follow a 72-hour policy. Regretfully, we cannot provide you with an exchange if your purchase was delivered more than 72 hours ago.
Only damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products will be accepted for return. It needs to be in its original packaging as well.
Additional things that cannot be returned include:
* Open cosmetic products.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase to process your return. Kindly refrain from returning your product to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances in which only partial refunds are given: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence.
Policy for Refunds (if applicable)
1. We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item when it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed as a credit note. The same quantity can be used.
Refund in cases of ‘Unavailability of Service’
100% refund for will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to provide the product in perpetuity. Refund to be processed within 7-10 Days after the approval from authorized personnel of CS Chemicals. The refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
General Refund Policy
To claim refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
Drop an email to: info@cschemicals.in with a subject
“Amount Refund | ***Registered Mobile Number***”.
(Please do not forget to provide the registered mobile number in the email subject)
Give valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]
Please mention the amount you paid and the product you purchased.
Refund amount calculation:
a. 100% refund is provided if CS Chemicals fails to provide products you purchased from its online store.
b. Refunds for any other reason are subject to management approval. The refund approval is CS Chemicals management’s discretion.
5. Refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the ‘refund email’, once the management approves the request.
