INCI NAME - Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Extract.
ACTIFLOW® by Silab acts as an anti-dark circle agent. It remodels the capillary network by stimulating neovascularization and by increasing capillary resistance. It is rich in oligosaccharides and is purified from yeast. ACTIFLOW® is recommended in eye contour and all skin care draining products.
